Break Free

A 30-day plan for anyone who wants to break a habit. Four phases. Jesus first, then the next plain step. Porn, the phone, gaming, alcohol, a substance, or another loop.

  1. Trigger

Notice the hour or feeling that starts the habit.

  2. Routine

Name the habit in one word. Do not dress it up.

  3. Reward

Decide the first ten minutes you will do instead.

Break free is the open course. It is the 30-day plan. It is for anyone. The habit can be porn, the phone, a game, a drink, a substance, or another loop.

Basically, you do not earn a clean record this month. Jesus already bathed you. So the days are foot washing, closed doors, faith you say out loud, and a life pointed at what He gave you to build.

Take the phases in order.

  1. Identity and a clean slate. Days 1 to 7.
  2. Dismantling triggers. Days 8 to 14.
  3. Activating faith. Days 15 to 21.
  4. Lasting freedom. Days 22 to 30.

You can also download the 30-day plan (PDF). The free check still writes a plan from your answers and leaves it on the page.
